This week we became one – MBC. We said a fond farewell to Zone and Ever After and raised our glasses to something new – the same but different!
Our clients will deal with the same people, the same great talent, the same outstanding levels of client service, the same great creative…so why the change I hear you ask?
As painful as it’s been to bid a fond farewell to our old handles, we don’t believe in standing still. This is a move to set us up for the next phase of our development – to help us make our vision a reality.
In the next 12-18 months we aim to become a top 50 creative agency in the UK, and over the next three to five years, become an international, insight led creative force to be reckoned with.
So everyone in the business is aligned to this – one company, one vision, one mission.
We can shed the small-guy mindsets and shackles of regionalism and join forces to create the right teams for the right projects regardless of where the talent lays its hat. We become fluid, more dynamic, more agile, more pumped… and that’s got to be a good thing… right?
We now go to market with three distinct sector specialisms in healthcare, leisure & lifestyle and food & beverage. Our offering is clearer and more focused.
And we’ve got off to a flying start. On our first day as MBC we were awarded the Bayer Diabetes Care business after a pitch the previous week. Not a bad start in anyone’s book.
So, no looking back. We embrace what lies ahead and look forwards to some exciting times. I hope you’ll join us for the journey.
