Job Opportunity - Account Director

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven, ambitious and inspirational Account Director to lead agency business and ensure the effective delivery of our strategic and commercial planning through effective client service team leadership and client communications.

With at least 5 years working at a mid-senior level in an agency framework the ideal candidate will lead a growing team of talented account handlers working across a variety of B2B sectors including healthcare, lifestyle and wellbeing.

This is a fabulous opportunity to make a mark in a fast-paced, fluid agency environment. The role is hands-on, ideal for an Account Director or Senior Account Manager looking for their next career step.

As the head of the client services team you will make the position your own and become a vital part of the agency’s future. The following key functions will form part of the role but will not be exclusive to it:

  • Commercial and financial reporting
  • Helping to achieve the commercial targets of the business
  • Planning and forecasting
  • Pitch/new business presentations
  • Key account management
  • Project management overview
  • Developing on-going relationships with clients at all levels

Experience in healthcare desirable but not essential.
